And just like you would not function with your heart, a truck cannot function without a good battery. When corrosion builds up around the battery, the connection is interfered with hence the car cannot start. That is why you need to check it for any residue and change it.

If you cannot do your own pick-up maintenance, maybe you are too busy, too clean to get your hands dirty or you just do not know how to do it, don't be embarrassed to ask for help. You could take your car to a garage for maintenance; ask a neighbour for help. Or even try your elder son. Who knows, he might surprise you.
